Investment Info:

Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $250,000

I purchased a duplex in February of 2020 as a house hack, lived there for a year and bought another single family home.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

I wanted to get into real estate as a form of long term investment, and multifamily seemed a natural place to start due to its cash flow relative to single family homes.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

MLS

How did you finance this deal?

VA Loan

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

Yes! Theresa Canup was an amazing real estate agent.
