currently this is an AirBNB that I have someone Managing for me and I look to make it a rental for college students soon!

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

so This was an intriguing opportunity for me as a college student and veteran to use my VA loan. I knew from the moment i was a child that I wanted to rent out and sell homes! I looked at the property and found out that the owner was selling it with ALL the furniture and it was already a successful AirBNB and was looking to make some Cashflow!!

that while a AirBNB can generate income at a much higher scale its not the best first property! its great to have income garunteed.
also I should of been managing it on my own i was just nervous on what could happen!
