Investment Info:

Large multi-family (5+ units) buy & hold investment.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

The numbers worked. We landed on this area due to great opportunities and a raise in popularity. Population growth was a big factor.

How did you finance this deal?

Cash at purchase and refinanced after closing.

How did you add value to the deal?

We are currently updating apartments and making repairs/updates to the exterior of the building.
