This is a 2/1 on an R-2 zoned property downtown Orlando, .4 miles away from Orlando Health Hospital system. This was the most turnkey rental that I have purchased, requiring no renovations. The access to the backyard via car port allows for an ADU addition, which is planned for later this year.
