Did full rehab on home in high-end neighborhood. Did different high end finishes and got a buyer fast. Found this deal on the MLS and negotiated it well.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Knowing we could solve the problem through our resourcefulness.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

MLS! We just told listing agent the truth about value and kept in great communication. A month later she came back to us.

How did you finance this deal?

Hard money

How did you add value to the deal?

Made old home completely modern while keeping the contemporary charm

What was the outcome?

100k+ profit

Lessons learned? Challenges?

Learned about doing a steep hill driveway in winter......It slows things down when nobody can get up the driveway. This took way too long in part due to that factor.
