Active Duty and Veterans: I just closed on my $1.1 Million 4-plex using my VA loan in Denver, CO! I have bought two houses with my VA loan and still own both! This took about a year to plan so, here is the short version. I bought my Florida house using my VA loan. I refinanced the Florida house into a conventional loan, and requested the VA to give me 100% of my VA benefits back. Lived in the Florida house for a year.
