We purchased this 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom single family home with 20% down conventional financing.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Long-term wealth building.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

We found the deal on the MLS. Negotiations were very straightforward.

How did you finance this deal?

20% down on a commercial loan.

How did you add value to the deal?

We performed a cosmetic rehab and added central air conditioning.

What was the outcome?

This has been a wonderful long-term rental that attracts great tenants.
