Good afternoon BP community

I am looking for an opportunity to get a seller financing deal and it come a Ross to me that I don't know what is the step by step process.

I know that how to find the preclosure, talk to the owner the options and eventually sign the purchase agreement contract with me with subject to deal. But after that, what is the next step. Find an attorney to draw the purchase  agreement?

find title company to open escrow?

i mean I am sure that I only know very surface of the procedure.. can anyone walk me through the whole process or what is the resources that I can look up?

many thanks in advance
