Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $180,000

Great "suburb" of Memphis, TN this home was purchased with $0 DOWN and minimal repairs. The cashflow is BIG and the appreciation has been AMAZING. I'm happy to help other investors learn how to build a portfolio with little to NO MONEY OUT OF POCKET.
