Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $275,000

Great East Memphis location in the 38119 zip code. I help investors buy, renovate and manage great properties like this one. My wife and I added this one to our personal portfolio because of the location and the passive income we will receive by owning the class A asset.
