I am RE investor and new to Ohio market. I am looking for investors in Columbus, OH area. I need your inputs on few things and I would appreciate a connection, response and if possible, a phone discussion at some point:

1. Getting lay of land of Columbus, OH RE market. Navigating Columbus, OH

2. Your investments in area

3. Gotchas and pitfalls

4. And also, how is zip code 43211(Linden) area and how is neighborhood Columbus Metropolitan Library: Linden Branch for investment?

@Vikas Grover

2. Your investments in area - Depends on what you are looking for. Linden is great if you want cash flow. Linden, Hilltop, Franklinton, and Whitehall are the best areas for cash flow in Columbus.

3. Gotchas and pitfalls.

4. And also, how is zip code 43211(Linden) area and how is neighborhood Columbus Metropolitan Library: Linden Branch for investment? It's a great location for cash flow and an area that has seen lots of change as of the past few years. The one Linden plan alone has resulted in a new 25 Million dollar recreational center that has already been completed and a lot more.
