Investment Info:

Townhouse buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $161,000
Cash invested: $11,000
Sale price: $227,500

This was my first house, I had rented two years after purchasing it since I moved to MD, I sold it in 2020 since the NC house prices went up very well however the rent was not ver good, I was getting $1,450 for NC house however same price house in MD was going for over $2,000 rent
