Single-family residence buy & hold investment.
Purchase price: $140,000
One of my favorite zip codes is 38117. Yes, most of the homes are older than I prefer but the QUALITY OF RESIDENT is why I love 38117. Young professionals, baby boomers, and residents who "treat my properties like a HOME"

By placing a GREAT resident. Yes, I paid FULL PRICE for this one, but the home has already appreciated and I have had ZERO issues with my resident!
