Condo buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $200,000
Cash invested: $200,000

Short Term Rental condo located on the Cave B Winery, overlooking the Columbia River Gorge, and within walking distance of the World-renowned Gorge Amphitheatre.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Love the idea of having a second home in a great location that provides great rental income when we are not using it.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Was a new construction project that my wife stumbled upon while wine tasting

How did you finance this deal?

Took out a Heloc on our primary residence

What was the outcome?

Has provided a steady flow of rental income, and a great family getaway.

Finding a good management company to deal with any issues that arise and that understands the market and potential for growth.
