Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $505,000
Cash invested: $17,675
Sale price: $505,000

Represented an investor looking to do a live in flip. They utilized a FHA loan, allowing them to put only 3.5% down. We were able to negotiate closing costs, and radon mitigation to be covered by the seller. They plan on Airbnbing the bottom, and living in the top. Great Stuff!
