[Calc Review] Help me analyze this deal
I'm somewhat new to investing and this is my first post on BP. I own 2 rentals and I'm looking to acquire more. However, I have yet to purchase one that needs renovations. I still need to get my contractor to inspect it, but I would appreciate feedback on my initial analysis. I will be using 100% financing with my HELOC so the CoC is actually much higher. However, for this report I just entered a 20% down payment.
Thanks for you feedback.
