Single-family residence other investment in Kansas City.

Purchase price: $93,000
Cash invested: $22,604

My first break into single family rental investment world. Although the returns weren't amazing, it was a great way to learn the process and not take an L doing it. Excited to continue growing my portfolio in KC as well as closer to my hometown of NYC.
