Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment in Milwaukee.

Purchase price: $47,000
Cash invested: $47,000

This house was part of a package deal have put an offer on.

As part of the rehab, we have done a total makeover for the garage,

replaced some parts of the roof which were EOL and some minor repairs in house to make it rent ready.

A Buy&Hold Single Family Home.

Purchase price 47K$

Rehab cost 6K$

All in: 53K$

ARV: 80-85$!

Rents 1,000K$

ROI-COC: 13%

We are a group of Buy & Hold.... aiming to do BRRR as much as we can
