Location in hot area. Close to downtown and Tulsa University.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Worked with investor.

How did you finance this deal?

Self financed.

How did you add value to the deal?

Remolded from studs up. Added additional bathroom.

What was the outcome?

Currently under contract.

Be involved daily. Stay in front of contractors and question everything. Communication is key.

Wife is an agent.
