All,

Purchase price for this house is $69900 and I'm estimating rehab to be $20k. I'm not sure I'm entering the information correctly. I plan to take a 100% HML and project the ARV to be $125k. The cash flow is looking but I'm not sure if I input the numbers right. It is a 3bd/2bth 1476 sf SFH. Can someone help out here? I don't see the loan amount in the BRRRR calculator so I put in the 20K rehab in the fees. Its looking like a good opportunity but need some help ensuring I put the numbers right. I have watched several videos and the calculator doesn't seem to have all the same fields. Perhaps the calculator has been updated since the videos were created. Thanks in advance.
