Investment Info:

Small multi-family (2-4 units) other investment.

Purchase price: $98,000

The seller wanted 115,000 Property was for sale for over 4 months

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

The basement was almost finished for another rental unit, the house was built in 2005

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Zillow was informed that the previous buyer back out.

How did you finance this deal?

FHA

How did you add value to the deal?

N/A

FHA are the worse, Work with a mortgage company who you can see face to face.
