Investment Info:

Townhouse buy & hold investment.

Bought a new construction townhome in Beaufort, NC back in 2019. We property manage it ourselves since both my wife and I are real estate agents.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

New construction in a great new plan with great amenities. Also, nice to have family nearby to check on it.
