Investment Info:

Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $325,000
Cash invested: $97,500

This 3 family house was purchased from an attorney that was doing a 1031 exchange into another investment property. This property cash flows nicely with excellent tenants.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

My attorney friend was 1031 exchanging property and I liked it so I bought it.

seller financing, then cash out refi into conventional.

I was willing to work with the seller

excellent cash flowing 3 family property in West Hartford.
