Investment Info:

Single-family residence fix & flip investment in Denver.

Purchase price: $400,000
Cash invested: $85,000
Sale price: $610,000

This is an OLD property in a prime location in Denver, the property is close to city park. This was negotiated over a month with the listing agent who was representing an investor that could get rid of the property. It had $40K of foundation repairs that were necessary and that helped us get the home for the price required. Outside of the foundation damage this was a very straightforward flip at only $45k of renovation costs.
