Lessons learned? Challenges?

So Far... when you gut a home take off sheet rock and remove floors and leave windows open in a multi family townhouse it really makes neighbors homes colder

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

I am agent owner and have used Civic Financial on a few recent deals, then either sell or flip to long term financing. they are quick and helpful on doing investor deals.
