Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $267,000
Cash invested: $10,000

Currently being used as a rental property. Looking to sell very soon

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

A friend of mine introduced me to real estate + it was a short sale.

My mentor was also my attorney

Hard money lender

Worked with hard money lenders. Never had an issue. Working with real estate agent for sale.
