What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

The deal is with good cash flow and below market so we can refinance it and do it again1

How did you finance this deal?

Paid cash, and we are planning on refinancing it.

How did you add value to the deal?

There is going to be a little bit of work needed to get this property rented out but once the work is completed and the property is rented this is going to be a very good deal for us!

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

We have worked with James Konvailnka on this deal, he was amazing! he pointed out this deal for us and we were glad for the opportunity!
