Long term investing condo
Investment Info:
Condo fix & flip investment.
Purchase price: $130,000
Cash invested: $50,000
Sale price: $187,000
Bought this condo for 161,000. After we sold our home in another City (dayton), we put 30% down on the condo in faster growing market that was Carson City. With the remaining funds that we had from the sale in dayton we fixed and renovated the condo to our liking. Kept it simple new cabinet color, new fixtures, new appliances, remodeled the bathrooms and kitchen. After livinging in it for 2 years we avoided capitol gains and bought our new home and started doing the same thing.
