Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment in Fresno.
Purchase price: $430,000
Cash invested: $430,000
Sale price: $430,000
This was the first multi-unit purchase my wife and I obtained. Closed in 2021
What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?
Multi-family investments are a much more sound and safe investment than SFRs.
How did you finance this deal?
This was a cash deal.
How did you add value to the deal?
We have been completing repairs since we closed. We will do a cash out refi in the next couple years if equity continues to grow, and use the cash we pull out to invest in another property.

I was the RE agent for this deal.
