Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $70,000

3 Bed 1.5 Bath SFR

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

I've been looking for buy and holds for a while

I reached out to the landlord to see if they were interested in selling.

Nothing yet, when the tenant moves out I'll do a light remodel.
