Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $20,000
Cash invested: $60,000

Rehabbed property with partner to convert to long term rental

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Good intro to BRRRR strategy, had options to fix and flip or hold.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Partner found deal and assigned contract to me

How did you finance this deal?

Self financed

How did you add value to the deal?

Gutted and rehabbed property

Lessons learned? Challenges?

Wasn't clear on rehab specifics, so rehab was beyond what was needed for a long term rental
