This was my second deal and my first condo.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

I wanted to find a second home so that I could use my single family property as a long term rental.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

I found this deal on Zillow and sent it to my agent. This was purchased during the craziness of the pandemic market. I paid over ask to secure the property.

How did you finance this deal?

I used a conventional 5 percent loan on this deal.

How did you add value to the deal?

I am doing a kitchen remodel.

What was the outcome?
