Investment Info:

Small multi-family (2-4 units) private money loan investment.

Purchase price: $317,500
Cash invested: $12,000

I have partnered with my significant other and lifetime friends on Quadplex near my hometown in the Midwest. We are all fairly new to this. All of bring different skills to the deal. I personally work as a Loan Analyst for a financial instruction.
