How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

I got this deal as a referral from the first client I helped sale their home.

How did you finance this deal?

This deal did not require financing.

How did you add value to the deal?

I sold the property to my buyer and helped the client get from under the mortgage.

What was the outcome?
