Condo buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $104,000

This is my second single family home.

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

Joel Swaney from the Union Company Bank was my lending agent. I did not use a realtor on this deal.
