Deal Analysis/ Review
6.3 acres containing 7 houses built in 1956 on septic (5 block exterior and 2 vinyl) averaging 750 sqft each. (2br/1ba) This parcel of land has a total of 12 water taps. 1 house is currently being rented at $300 monthly. The other 6 houses are vacant and need total renovation ie. gut job and potential total roof replacement. Current market rent in area is $650-$750 for 2br/1ba Located in Spartanburg County South Carolina. Based off potential income and information given, what price could this value add investment property sale for? I have an idea but I would like to hear thoughts on deal.
