Single-family residence fix & flip investment in Abilene.

Purchase price: $117,000
Cash invested: $15,000
Sale price: $164,000

Purchased this home knowing it would be a project. After many ups and downs this house finally was complete and turned a higher profit than I could have imagined.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

At the time this property was purchased it thinking I would live in this house and slowly make up dates. Oh how I was wrong.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

This home was located by a local real estate agent.

How did you finance this deal?

This property was purchased with and FHA loan on a 30 year mortgage.

How did you add value to the deal?

Kitchen, both bathrooms were updated along with minor cosmetic updates.
