House Hacking To Take A Sabbatical

Investment Info:

Townhouse buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $298,900
Cash invested: $30,000

Currently house hacking with two tenants turned best friends! This has given me the opportunity to take a sabbatical and get my real estate license. I purchased the house as my primary residence and then found roommate who ended up being great friends. I currently rent out each room for $800 each.
