Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $320,000
Cash invested: $500

Primary converted to rental in Scottsdale, AZ. Cash flowing $620 as of 2021.
Bought for 320k May, 2020
Estimated value around 600k as of Nov, 2021.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Buying real estate with low $ required. Building base equity and cash flow.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

RE agent partners.

How did you finance this deal?

Primary lender.

How did you add value to the deal?

No value added - house already remodeled.

What was the outcome?

Equity has gone up substantially since purchasing. Cash flow very good for amount of money required to obtain property.

None as of now.
