anyone in Milwaukee have recent experience with Homepath?

I'm curious if any Milwaukee Pocketiers, as we have coined ourselves, could share whether they've made a purchase through Homepath and how well the process went for them.

I guess I am a little frustrated since today I called to schedule a viewing of a newly listed duplex on Homepath, only to learn that there were already four offers in and they had requested everyone's highest and best offer due this evening. So pretty much no chance for me on that one.
