I had a tenant skip town left behind a entire house full of junk. Anyone recommend a service to assist in emptying out the house? Austin Tx area

In my jurisdiction, you could claim the property was abandoned but if they owe rent it may be simpler to file a dispossessory and obtain a writ to empty the property. This way there's a legal path to getting rid of everything. Here in Georgia, we have to empty the property and leave the stuff alone for 3 days and then you can dispose of it as desired. Another option would be to get a statement from the previous tenant that they've taken everything they want and have abandoned the rest. What you want to avoid is a situation where the tenant comes back later and says "Hey, where's my stuff?" That's why the court route is the safest for you.
