Is west Dallas a good area to do BRRR
Hey Ya'll , I'm looking to purchase my first property in the DFW area (west Dallas has my attention at the moment). I found a property that needs a full gut job but I noticed there's a lot of new construction in the area. The trend seems to be putting up new constructions in that area and I'm just curious if BRRR is a good idea for a neighborhood like this or why is this the trend over there.
