Cleaning Company for Rentals

Hello everyone! My husband and I are just saving enough money so we can have a reserve fund. With that being said I started Sunshine Cleaning Services in Fort Worth, Texas to help build our cash reserves. However, the more homes our company cleans I realize many people don't clean their showers well enough. To me it would make since to include an extra $125 a month in rent but in return send a maid 1 time a month to focus on those areas of the home. Reason #1 it would give you monthly eyes in your property rental. #2 I think it would help lower the repair cost for a turn over. #3 If the tenant moves out without cleaning the property it shouldn't be that bad. Please share your thoughts on this with me.

Also, anyone in Fort Worth Texas that has air bnb and not happy with other companies. I would love for Sunshine Cleaning Services to help you "Our Reputation is Spotless"!
