who do I rent my house to?

Hello,

I have two very qualified renters interested in my house, They both look very qualified on their income, credit score, background checks. One of them is moving in from out of state cause he gota new job so family has to move, the other is local. both have families so am having a hard time deciding who to rent to.

The person from out of state currently owns a house himself and is planning on selling so should know how to take care of a property, at least that's what I think.

The second is looking for a bigger space for his family.

Any advise on other aspects I should look at before making a decision?

Thanks

Credit score, income:rent ratio, job longevity, Landlord references, age, and a long list of other factors I'm forgetting.

It is extremely rare that you have two applicants that are equally qualified. There's at least one factor that makes one of them a better option than the other. Keep digging.
