I've been a member of Total Wealth for 2 years and I would definitely recommend it if you want to be a passive investor or an active syndicator. They're only 3 years old--the founder helped build one of the biggest groups in Houston but split off because he didn't like where things were going.

I looked at the other groups but was drawn to Total Wealth because

1. They didn't try to push a sales pitch

2. They are open to many types of real estate

3. They gave a clear value proposition-- they are there to shorten your learning curve by 5+ years

4. They focused not just on real estate but preach a balanced life (health, wealth, family, etc.)

The syndication deals are not all home runs, but their batting average is well above the norm. They're opening an office in Dallas next year and have plans for 2 more-- it's a good time to get in.

DM if you want to talk.
