Contacts in Boise

I'm gearing up to start investing in real estate for the first time. Can anyone with experience in Boise recommend some good investment team members? I'm looking for a good real estate attorney, a lender, an accountant, etc. I haven't been in Boise that long and don't have a good network of contacts built yet.

I'd like to focus on holding properties for cash flow. I can get started in residential single- and multi-family, but I'll eventually (or even immediately) get into commercial properties as well.
