My cousin and I are looking to buy a duplex in the Plymouth, MN area, right outside Minneapolis. He will live in one side and rent out the other. Anyway I am really looking for good neighborhoods in the area in which to invest and a knowledgable agent that is also an investor in the area. Thanks!
