Hi all,

I’m looking for a few referrals for a real estate agent as well as any good contractors and handymen.

I’m looking to buy my first multi family (3-4 units) in the capital district area within the next few weeks and would love any recommendations. I’ll be looking to buy and hold. Any help is greatly appreciated. Please pm for more information.
