Good Morning,

I am a new investor born in Vermont currently based in Los Angeles (working for a lender) and hoping to relocate to Portland, Maine.

What are some up and coming neighborhoods that I could drive for dollars in over the next couple days?

What are the major concerns with BRRRing in such a wet, cold climate?

Looks like I may be late on Oakdale, Back Cove and Deering Center.
