I am looking to invest in and around Augusta area.

I have good chunk of cash and looking to diversify my investing portfolio into real estate.

Hoping to acquire SFR less than 400K not too old ( built after 2000)

I am trying to find virtual real estate meetups for out of state investors like me, where I could Get some local insights about the area.

I searched but all the meetups I see are only in person

Does anyone know of virtual meetup helpful for out of state investors like me where maybe locAl real estate agents could attend to give some local market insights while also marketing thier services to OOS investors like me?
